How long do the summer camps last?
The camps begin in July, with each camp week lasting 5 days, from Monday to Friday.
Where are the summer camps located?
Creative Arts Camps: Our camps are held in Vienna at the Vocational School Hütteldorf in the 15th district, at Hütteldorfer Strasse 7-17.
Outdoor Camps: The camps take place just outside Vienna, in Purkersdorf in a picturesque nature park.
For which age groups are the camps designed?
The camps are designed for children from 9 to 15 years old and offer age-appropriate activities and experiences.
Are the camps day camps or do you also offer overnight stays?
Our camps are day camps and operate from 8:30 to 16:30.
My child speaks fluent English as their first language. Is this camp suitable for them?
Although the focus of our program is on learning languages and most of our participants want to improve their English, we occasionally have children who already speak fluent English, and they have enjoyed it very much.
How much does it cost to participate in the camp and what is included?
Camp costs start at $320 per child. The base price includes professional supervision by our experienced team, all workshops and creative projects, as well as use of all facilities.
Our camps run daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and offer a balanced program with exciting morning activities and supervised creative projects in the afternoon.
A healthy afternoon snack is also included in the price. Please note that lunch can be booked separately.
My child wants to bring their own lunch. Is there a microwave or refrigerator at the camp?
Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and refrigerator available.
The start and end times of the camp don't fit my work schedule. What can I do?
We offer early drop-off and late pick-up for this camp, which can be booked during or after checkout.
How can I register my child for the camp?
Registration can be done online by filling out the form available on the website. After the spot(s) are reserved and we received your payment we will send you our digital onboarding form. You can fill out this form anytime in less than 5 minutes.
Is any special preparation required before participating in the camp?
Specific instructions or recommendations about what to bring to camp will be provided after registration.
What if I need to cancel my registration/booking?
Cancellation is possible up to the first day of camp. For maximum flexibility, we recommend purchasing our cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Otherwise, please refer to our cancellation terms in the Terms and Conditions.
